Here at Premiere Healthcare Services we are always accepting new patients. Regardless of whether you are sick or are simply due for a regular check-up, we are happy to welcome you to our office. We know going to the doctor can be a little overwhelming at times, so we are happy to provide you with our new patient forms ahead of time so that you can fill them out prior to your appointment and save you time during your visit.

Remember to bring a list of any medications you may currently be taking as well as any previous medical records you may want to provide. At Premier Healthcare Services, we accept all major insurances and co-payments are due at the time of your appointment.

Premier Healthcare physicians participate with most insurance and Medicare plans. For your convenience, we will file your primary insurance claims if you provide us with the correct billing information. We ask you to pay the deductible, co-insurance, or co-payment at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, all major debit and credit cards. If you have any questions about the insurance plans or estimated costs of services, please call us at 301-444-4402 during office hours and ask to speak with our Office Manager.

What Is a Deductible?

An insurance deductible is the amount that needs to be paid out of your pocket for medical expenses, such as doctor visits, medical procedures, and/or hospitalization before the insurance policy will start paying us for your visit and any procedure ordered during the visit to our office.
