Patient Responsibility
Patients are responsible for paying their co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept:

- All major debit and credit cards
Our billing team will file primary insurance claims on your behalf when accurate and up-to-date billing information is provided. Please remember that any balance not covered by your insurance plan is your responsibility.
Understanding Deductibles
A deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket for medical expenses before your insurance begins to cover services such as doctor visits, procedures, or hospitalizations. Once your deductible is met, your insurance will start sharing costs based on your plan’s benefits.
